| Catering – All food and beverages served in the Conference Center must be served by an approved caterer. A list of caterers is available from the Conference Center office. Failure to follow this policy may result in additional charges to the meeting planner.
Alcohol – No alcohol may be served without prior written permission from the Conference Center Director. Contact the Conference Center office for details.
Weekend Events – No custodial or technical service is provided during weekend events or after 5 p.m. on weekdays. If you wish to have a custodian on site to maintain the restrooms and meeting space, please make these arrangements with the Conference Center office. Events occurring on weekends and evenings may automatically incur a $30. per hour custodial charge for clean up of said events. Outside of normal office hours, the Conference Center will provide unlocking and locking of the facility and have an attendant available. Technicians can also be scheduled after 5 p.m. and on weekends at $50. per hour for audiovisual assistance.
Set-up – The Conference Center office will provide set-up of tables and chairs in the meeting space at the rates listed. The caterer or the event coordinator must arrange set-up for catered events, including refreshment tables. Some events may require special set-up by an Event Support professional. Please inquire with the Conference Center office.
