One of the greatest benefits we offer a meeting planner is the flexibility to select your own caterer. We do not have exclusive or on-site catering. We can assist you with the following catering guide comprised of area caterers or you are free to select the licensed caterer of your choice.

Catering
1.	The customer will provide his own caterer who is responsible for all linens, china, silverware, and any other dining needs.
2.	A Catering Guide is available from the Conference Center office if needed.
3.	The caterer must provide the Conference Center with copies of Oklahoma State Liability and Off-site liquor license in compliance with state of Oklahoma liquor laws.
4.	The caterer is responsible for cleaning tables, catering kitchen, other spaces utilized for the event removing all trash incurred by activities of the event as detailed in the Conference Center Policies and Procedures.
5.	The Conference Center reserves the right to refuse building access to any caterer who violates these policies.
6.	Food and drink is restricted to dining areas, except for pre dinner cocktails.
